Bought the wrong offer on webstore

Hi, I bought the wrong offer for heat wave sale on web store. Accidentally an Odin for cavalier when I should be buying Odin for Valiant. Hence I missed out the items in the bundle for valiant and instead gotten items for cavalier. I’m a valiant player. Sent a ticket to Kabam no responses and sent another ticket again no responses. Just wanted to change the cavalier items to valiant items. I have not used any of the cavalier items. Not sure why is kabam ignoring an my ticket and doesn’t seem to respond at all.

I’ve genuinely enjoyed the game, but this experience has been disheartening and has made me question the value I’m receiving.
The receipt from Xsolla only lists “ALL FATHER ODIN'S VAULT.” A few days earlier, I had purchased the same item and received the Valiant version; the receipt showed the duplicate generic listing.
Generally, when a receipt or invoice doesn’t specify a particular product variation, such as grade, model, or quality, it’s reasonable for customers to expect to receive the standard or advertised version. Providing a lower-grade alternative without clear communication, especially in a subsequent sale, may lead to confusion or unmet expectations.
I’m not requesting a refund or looking to cancel the purchase; I’m simply asking to receive the Valiant version of the ALL FATHER ODIN'S VAULT, which was the expected outcome of the transaction.
