GC points vs position prediction

what do you think the invade meta final points for each bracket will be
( I got 350 points in Mysterium 1 and thinking of parking till I see the J4 deals and even after that )
will I finish in M3 at least or should I try and get to 400? ( AI and RNG can screw me over and I might tilt to 200 doing this tbh )

But we won't see huge spike In points due to less people in gc this season. Last season was an anomaly when everyone and thier daddy started at v2.
I was super nervous, haha
Of course it went to 3 rounds, but I luckily managed to win round 3, just barely.
Finally hit 200!
Guess I'm gonna camp here forever unless I get demoted to gamma 4 in the next week 😂
what do you think the M3 cut off will be? it looks at 346 right now
how many points will it go up in less than 24 hours till the end of season?
Are there hard chargers trying to climb another level or two? Always.
But are there also plenty of players weighing the calculus of (a) losing a match and likely dropping a level vs. (b) winning a match and likely climbing a level.
In many cases in mid to low GC, the incremental radiance isn’t that significant.
Wondering if this is what was intended…

lot of Q1 players try to get into M3
and a lot of M3 players try to stay in M3 either by parking ( if they have enough points ) or climb up
which make these two most volatile brackets as there are quite a lot of players and matchmaking is lot quicker when compared to higher tiers
If VT has a set of not "too crazy" nodes so the majority of players (not just BGs grinders) can get to GC, the 1st two weeks of GC is just a variation of it, nothing new. While your final placement depends on your performance in the last 2 weeks of the season.
Why not just have two metas for the whole season, VT and GC. It will:
1. Give more time to practice the meta that will affect your final placement directly.
2. Convinience of having just two decks for the season, or change it one time when you hit the GC.
3. Avoid the issue of unnecessary parking and future "decay" function for people who are waiting for weeks 3-4 meta to start progressing.
4. Less coding for the dev team.
5. Less new champions to consider to rank up for two metas, than for 2.5.
