After 4 days no reply from support

I wrote alto supporto abt a wrong bundle bought but After 4;days no reply. Anyone from Kabam ?

    Hi, same issue.

    I bought the wrong offer for heat wave sale on web store. Accidentally bought an Odin for cavalier when I should be buying Odin for Valiant. Hence I missed out the items in the bundle for valiant and instead gotten items for cavalier. I’m a valiant player. Sent a ticket on the first day to Kabam no responses and sent another ticket again no responses. Just wanted to change the cavalier items to valiant items not even asking for a refund or anything. I have not used any of the cavalier items. Not sure why is kabam ignoring the ticket and doesn’t respond at all. 3 full days now. They used to reply very quickly during Mike’s time. Sad.

    Considering it was the weekend for most of that im not surprised. Im also doubly not surprised because I assume they've received a billion tickets from people making the same mistake

    I never before noticed , that were multiple bundle for the other titles.... Jeez. That's was the issue .

    I received a response from the support team today regarding the issue:
    "We can change the selection from the Selectors, but we cannot swap the contents of one purchase to a different purchase."

    I'm disappointed by the policy in place. The product listing on the website presents multiple variations with the same image and price, and offers no clear differentiation on the receipt. Even the support team assisting me was initially confused, which highlights the current lack of clarity in the presentation.

    It’s a puzzling decision; why risk alienating the very customers who are investing in your highest-tier products?

    To all who made the same misclick, I hope the units lead to something great!

    I had the same issue also, the store kept crashing, I think when the store finally came back online and reloaded it may have only loaded the Cavalier progression bundle, because I'm pretty sure I was clicking of the Valliant offer. I sent a ticket also no response as of yet.
