    I purchased all of the valiant offers then I tried to purchase the Tony Stark paragon offers to get the 7* r1-2 gems. Instead they gave me 6* r1-2 gems and refused to correct their error.

    So now they lost one of the players that buys all the sale items and lost one of the few players that buys the monthly sigil.

    They literally say they can't reverse something because you used items. If you didn't use items, you could have your refund. But you're blaming Kabam for something that you did?

    I bet if you show us the amount remaining for the Paragon and Thronebreaker items, we'll see that you bought the wrong package.

    Anyways, the game doesn't need people like you. ✌️

    While I do believe they probably bought the wrong package (maybe the order of the packages changed on screen once they completely finished the Valiant ones ??? And they just reflexively went to where the Paragon one used to be showing up at ???)

    But doesn’t sound like they “Used/Opened/etc” any items in the particular Stark package in question.

    Just that because the Stark was bought in the same “multiple purchases” CART as some of the other offers, they can’t (apparently) refund just one of the multiple cart items.
    That part does seem odd, unless there was some crossover (similar) items that were used and were a part of both the Stark and some of the other combined purchase offers ?

    Would be like a store not allowing you to return a shirt that was part of many different things you bought, just because you had used the pair of socks that you also bought on the same receipt.
    (But maybe the processing method from XSolla and Kabam has that limitation to it ?)

    Wow.... kabam needs to list that on all the sale sites. All multiple item cart purchases are considered 1 unique purchase and refunds are all or nothing. We were lead to belive refunds could be made if a purchase was not used or there was an error in the purchase.

    Bad policy... if I go to the grocery store and buy 10 items but find one defective and return it. The store does not make me bring back the other 9 items.

    Probably how the ticket was worded. Support might be thinking they want a full refund. But it's technically one purchase since it's in one shopping cart.

    I understand your analogy but maybe they don't have the ability to claw back items bought in bulk.

    For anybody saying the game doesn’t need players like me. I buy every sale item every time they go on sale and I never ever come looking for a refund. I didn’t want a refund for this either.

    I wanted my rank up gems which is what I purchased the items FOR.

    The game doesn’t need players that don’t purchase anything then try to convince other players to not buy sale items as that’s how they WONT stay alive and would need to then use commercials and ads to pay for the game.

    Profit is how companies stay open for business.

    Doing bad business with a regular customer that spends thousands of dollars every couple of months isn’t good for business. Anybody who runs a business can tell you that.

    Yes that’s what they’re trying to present me with. The fact that because I popped my 7* nexus crystals I can’t get my 7* rank up gems. Which is what I really bought the offers for.

    None of which is stipulated anywhere on the store page. So if it’s anybody’s fault it’s theirs.

    Nowhere on the page am I told to not use items I want to get corrected. So they made an offer. Gave me the wrong items. Didn’t give me a heads up on what to do to get my corrected items then refused me the correction of items.

    All horrendous business. But I already removed my sigil subscription as a slap back in their faces. Take from me and I’ll take my money back.

    I was offered 7* rank 1-2 gems and I received 6* rank 1-2 gems. I was offered 1 gem and I got 6 mediocre 6* gems that are useless to me. I have six rank 4 7* champs. I have absolutely ZERO use for 6* gems.

    I didn’t want a refund. I wanted the 7* gems I was promised in the offer which is why I spent my money beyond already buying up all the paragon offers minus the star lord paragon offers.

    Exactly wtf I thought. It’s 2025 and all sorts of things are possible but they can’t correct a simple error and just tell me, a customer that spends his money regularly to F off when I’m not even asking for a refund but to just correct the one simple mistake?

    Their apology won't give you a rank up gem, and if you refund from apple you are pretty much gonna brick your account with negative units. Good luck.

    I believe you bought the UC deal by mistake, they didn't cheat you. You messed up

    You “believe” that doesn’t change that you’re wrong. I purchased ALL of the paragon deals MINUS star lord and I purchased the paragon starks or else why would I have 2/4 purchased for the starks paragon brief case?
