raids newbie questions

1- from what we gather (it's our first raid ever) we gotta fight assault -> vanguard -> tactician. in practice what does that mean? does the assault role fight and stop and wait for vanguard or can the assault role fight 2-3 times (with revives) and then wait for vanguard (2-3 times) and then tactician? or is it fight, die wait for next role, then vanguard dies, waits for tactician without revive, etc?

2- how many times per day can we revive? it says 999/999 item use. is that bugged too? i thought I read it's 2 revives per day but not sure now.

3- what's a reasonable amount of time to kill an enemy. should we try for like 1 enemy per path down every day? every 2 days? we don't want to fall behind and not finish the raid.

4- i bought 7 raid revives. is that normal or bugged? are there no more for this week or do they reset (if everything is working properly)

    1. You can fight if you have charges. They order really doesn't matter, if your role shows it has at least 1 charge (outside of the first fight) then you can feel free to go in. There is a way to manipulate the system, but that can be complex and generally isnt needed unless youre like me and just want to solo a fight instead of waiting for anyone else to help.

    2. The buying of 2 revives per day hasn't been a thing in forever. If you have revives, you can use them whenever. You can buy 7 for free in the first part of the week and 7 in the second half of the week.

    3. The reasonable amount is having the first enemy cleared in the first half of the week so if other paths get to the boss early, they can start fighting it. In general a lot of alliances I have seen have the first 2-3 bosses down before Thursday.

    Question about the path chests. So each one can only be taken once? And the boss chest can be picked up by each of the 10 battlegroup members?

    Each chest can be claimed once by every Alliance member. You don’t have to divvy up the three path chests among your teammates if that’s what you’re asking, you all can claim rewards from each chest. 4 chest rewards total per active member, 3 from the path and 1 from the final boss.

    You asked how many PER WEEK.
    Answer was 14 (also earlier said 7 in 1st half of week, then another 7 in 2nd half of the week, =14)

    Those are still PER WEEK.

    So yes, that means the next week resets and can buy those same 2x7 again.

    Each Raids week (which in July is every week, but normally just once every several weeks)

    Keep in mind, they expire from Stash in a short time, so can’t carry them over for weeks at a time.
