Shatter mode black screen

So it's been like 5 times now that I'm frozen on a black screen at various levels, but mostly after 5/8. It wouldn't be a problem if it was counted, but since it's not, I wonder if KABAM knows about this issue and plans to comp it at least with entry tokens?
I'm not alone with this, many of my ally members experienced it.

    Love the name btw! But yeah that keeps happening to me as well. It even happens near 7/8 and so on.

    Annoying. Just like the game mode itself. It happens on iOS anyways.

    Happened to me once. Just resign yourself to taking the L and moving on.
    No way kabam is going to compensate tokens when they made the mode so un user friendly in the first place

    When it happens, I have found that since you paid a token on the level, you can replay it from the beginning for zero tokens...

    Support isn't really able to do anything with this game mode... my whole progress got reset and they can't do anything about it. Can't bring me back to where i was, can't credit me any dimensional tickets, can't even refund a purchase cause i spent the tickets before my game got bugged and my progress was wiped. hopefully the next time there's another game mode test like this they have a decent support plan in place for when things go wrong. https://forums.playcontestofchampions.com/en/discussion/400014/dimensional-arcade-progress-reset-anyone-else#latest
