Regarding the display issue when claiming items from the mailbox

Dear designer team, I would like to report a display issue. There were two Glory rewards in today's mailbox. After claiming one, when I went to claim the second, the displayed number was still the original amount of Glory in my backpack. This made me think there was no overflow, but in fact, they did overflow. It's not a major issue, but I believe it's a display bug. Fixing it would provide players with a better experience. Thank you.

    What do you mean by "the displayed number was still the original amount of Glory in my backpack"?

    What I mean is, I originally had 9,000 Glory. The first reward I received was about 2,000 Glory, but the increase in this number didn't show up. After I opened the second email, there was 5,000 Glory as a reward, yet my Glory still displayed 9,000. The data wasn't updated in time. So when I claimed it, my Glory exceeded the limit. But it shouldn't have, because 9,000 plus 5,000 is less than 15,000. Hahaha, part of it is my carelessness, but I still think there's a display bug here.

    Where did you see that the Glory # was not updated after the first claim ?

    Was it from very top Treasury Listing, that did not update with 1st claim amount ?

    Or from in the 2nd reward mail did you click on the Glory reward item in mail before claiming that 2nd one and it still showed your “owned” amount as same as it was before 1st claim ?

    I have not noticed your issue when claiming the 2 reward mails for Glory after each AQ week.

    Regarding the second point you mentioned, after claiming the first Glory Reward, I didn't close the mailbox and directly opened the second Glory Reward, but the number after the first claim didn't increase.You could pay attention to this situation when distributing rewards next time.
