Green Goblin & Doctor Octopus - Science
Iron Fist - Skill (how is he different from Moon Knight?)
Magik & Scarlet Witch - Mutants (aren't they?)
Yondu, Nebula & Rocket - Cosmic (should be similar to Drax and Gamora)
Karnak - Cosmic (how is he any different from Black Bolt and Medusa?)
Venom, Venompool, Agent Venom, Spiderman Symbiote, Carnage & Miles - all different classes yet with the same symbiote mutation...
Karnak didn’t go through teregenisis he just trained that’s why his skill
Iron fist gets his powers from a mystical dragon but could have a dual typing
Yondu Nebula and rocket could also be dual types but because there heavily modified by tech there tech champs
Magik was taken by sorcerer Belasco and turned a part of her soul evil giving her powers and she mastered the magic in his books she later died from the legacy virus and belasco put her back together creating the Darkchylde and Scarlett witch studied real magic and combined it with her natural abilities hence the mystic class
And green goblin and doc could also have a dual typing
And venom I agree with
While Mister Hyde did tinker with Quake DNA, she still has Inhuman blood from her mom. However, her powers manifested without her going through teratogenesis in the comics. She could go either way.
Angela is an Asgardian, sister of Thor, they got her as right as it gets.
Blade is very hard to place but he is def not tech, cosmic, or mutant. He is half human half vampire. Maybe a mixture of skill, science, and mystic (depending on your views of vampires).
First of all, class is determined by primary source of power imo. So a non-earth being is not necessarily Cosmic.
Asgardians draw on cosmic power, so Angela and Thor are fine. Rags should be cosmic too. Loki, though living on Asgard, doesn't have that power, but uses sorcery instead, so mystic.
Below a few more:
1. GG should be science (serum source of power, tech = bonus)
2. MODOK should be tech
3. Blade should be mystic (danger sense, vampiric immortality, superhuman abilities all mystic)
4. Yondu's power seems to come from his yaka arrow, so tech
5. Rocket's power from gadgets etc, tech
6. Nebula's powers from cybernetic implants, tech
7. Everyone with a symbiote = cosmic

Id say you pretty much got it spot on. They pretty much made MODOK a science because the community was begging for one. Green Goblin is definitely Science, MODOK should be tech, and Doc Ock should stay Tech since his power comes from Mechanical Tentacles, which are in fact made from Technology(which is also kind of science lol)
The class in this game has nothing to do with a champions backstory. It’s all based on in game abilities. That’s how kabam determines which class to give a champ. It has nothing to do with where their powers come from. Mutant is really the only class decided by a champs background but not all mutants are in this class in the game due to their abilities
Deadpool isn't a mutant; he's a mutate. He should have been skill or science.
I'm ok with AV being skill even though symbiotes are cosmic since he has military skill training, but then Rulk should've been skill too for the same reason. Same with Thor Rag being Skill but not Hulk Rag. Either both or none.

Where do you think they get there abilities they don’t just entirely make them up they go back to the comics with there powers and what they do the only ones they have made up are guillotine,Morningstar as kabam made these champs

True and false. Nothing about Gwenpool's backstory says she should be a god tier attacker that can stop other people from ever using their powers.

True but Gwen is marvels meme character I think they just wanted to make a god tier Gwen Stacy cos everyone hated spider Gwen it is true and false but they do use the comics and a bit of imagination

That's where the ISO8 that all the champs are infused with comes into play. The ISO-8 is an "equalizer" of sorts. As Kabam has pointed out many times before, it's how Hawkeye can stand in the ring with Hulk.
Back on topic:
Phoenix is a mutant. She's an X-man, her abilities come from her mutation.
Starlord & Yondu could both be triple-classed as Tech, Skill, or Cosmic
Deadpool could easily be cross-classed between science, skill and mutant
Falcon should be tech for the same reason SL and Yondu are tech
AV should be cosmic
Winter Soldier has a similar backstory as Capt America, should be Science. Also, because of his metal arm, could be tech.
Luke Cage is a mutant. No idea why he's science.
Antman & YJ are tech dependent
Thor Rag is Cosmic. He's still the God of Thunder, although I do understand the Skill placement with his "Colosseum" theme since he didn't know he still had his powers...

.
What? No idea where this idea comes from.
Another good one is Black Panther - skill from training, mystic from panther god stuff, science from his intelligence, tech from his gadgets/suit, cosmic from the alien metal he wears

Blade and Modok are debatable and could go either way. Angela and Moon Knight though they have right.

Because S.H.I.E.L.D. training is clearly useless
Phoenix is Jean Grey when she loses control of her mutant powers.
