Hyperion killed by poison node buff in M.O.D.O.K. lab

So the final boss in the expert level had a buff that inflicted poison that drained 100% health in 60 secs. I sent my poison immune Hyperion and he died from poison. How does that make sense?!!! He is immune to all known poisons of the battle realm. Don't tell me M.O.D.O.K's poison is unknown.

    Nah, I read the buffs list through and through...i re-rolled the dice until I was satisfied and took my Hype with the knowledge that he will be immune to the poison. I wish I took a screenshot.
