    this topic has been brought up over and over. No one is overseeing the general progression and bottlenecks in this game. Resources from 3 years ago are just as hard to get now and often the bottleneck for even the top 1% players. T3CC is rare to get even when you dump your daily energy to complete that day's class event you will unlikely even get 1 T3CC now 3 years into the game. Every high player is bottlenecked by T1A. They have no concept of what progression is and moving on to make old resources obsolete and not bottleneck players who have been at it for 3 years working on T5 materials now still held back from OLD materials.

    MANY of us can't open map 5/6 crystals or T4C crystals/frags since all high alliances get these at a much higher rate than T1a and T4B and are capped on these (crystals never expire but once you open them the catalyst goes into the stash and does expire). There is no syncrony of the resources flowing in for different levels of progression. Even worse is if you're capped in 5 classes and you need 1 class, you have to open a bunch of these and let them expire to get the 1 class that isn't capped. Just ridiculous.

    Won't change. They make good money on selling old resources that shouldn't exist anymore. Why lower it when you can sell it? The theme of Kabam.

    Because Kabam is afraid to lose the millions of dollars people have to spend on T1 Alphas. Ain't this the truth, yeah?

    True. That is why they monetize it shamelessly. Offering rank up packages with t1a in it but no greater value to it.

    This company really has to be the least liked company by its customers I have ever come across, constant frustrating bugs, mismanagement and the worst customer service attitude to the people who spend on their product. They keep adding more levels and more content but never adjust anything this issue clearly is just frustrating it’s users
