No changes. In fact, I wish it the rewards required more completed Wars. I say 10 to ensure some stability in alliances.

5+ for sure. too many people jump alliances. but it should be by bracket though maybe also. like the stone brackets require 3 wars. while the master requires 5+. I also think it should be implemented that if you completed 5 wars with an alliance, and you get booted(not quit the alliance), but were the threshold where the's less then 5 potential wars remaining, then you should still get the rewards from the alliance you got booted from.

No for the last part because most likely someone got booted for doing something wrong not getting season rewards makes the punishment even better

first off. that person was there for at least two weeks. you mean to tell me, that it took you that long to realize that the person you brought in sucked....even then, people make mistakes, have life come up...etc.
secondly, that person is at an extreme disadvantage. Without enough time to get rewarded for work they did all AW season long, they are left without progressing at the same rate as ALL of the other summoners out there who are getting rewards. this is further pushing their accounts behind.
lastly, doing something wrong is one thing, but it's on leaders, and officers to coach those members not performing to the level they need to be. if you don't have time for it, then that's on you.

There was an example of a troll who with only two wars remaining started trash talking other players for not being as strong as him and after the season he was gonna leave the alliance then the leader kicked him out do you think trolls like this deserve rewards especially since he only did his five wars and said f it I'm gonna leech off every one else instead of instantly kicking him the leader waited till the season was on its last weekend and booted him for minimal participation what u want is for people to only do the minimal work and still get rewards regardless what they do or how they act afterwards in other words if you want your season rewards better do everything you are supposed too, now I understand there are people out there who get kicked for ridiculous reasons so if kabam gave those people only thier rewards then that is ok but I don't see that happening maybe they could make a system where the alliance leader setsup rules on a rules page and the rules page scans every day to make sure people follow the rules and if they do, then leaders or officers cannot kick them and if they don't a kick option becomes available but that even seems far fetched the point is kicking is supposed to be a punisment if people get thier rewards even after being kicked, then where exactly is the punishment.

@shadow_lurker22 yeah. I do. this is one case. also, does it matter to you if that individual gets the rewards or not. there's nothing self righteous about it. It's simply rewarding the person who did work for your alliance.

In the real world, if you fire someone, you then still have to pay that person for the work they did.

I'm not saying you're stuck with that person, but even if you recruit a new member to replace said troll, that new member wouldn't get the rewards anyways.

A few weeks ago, I personally booted a member of my alliance for some racially charged trash talk. We immediately removed that individual. had that been closer to the end of war season, we would have done the same thing without question. But this same individual cleared lines for us. placed in every war. communicated well. but there was just no place for that type of behavior in our group. So trust me i get the need to dispose members of the group. even if they make mistakes. But this is solely about paying and rewarding the people who worked for you. thinking from a business perspective that is.

5 is very good. Aka 1 weeks for an active ally.

I see where you are coming from so maybe we can meet in the middle kicked members get rewards for their participation but they only get half the amount of rewards that I think could satisfy both sides of the argument

I think, punishment is not to be done by Alliances.
Kabam is police and courthouse here. The 'judge dredd' so to say.
But its not the job of a car driver to punish another cardriver for ignoring redlights.

You know what i want to say?
