actually talk to the players!!!

when someone sends in an email with an issue try actually reading it in its entirety and responding with your own words. a real genuine response. right now all you do is send back generic scripted emails that just shows how little you care about whats going on with your players and how unwilling you are to try and actually help someone.

    I think some folks asking for direct help LINE to Kabam tech support to at least talk to a real concerning & helpful employee (we can pretend the concerning & helpful part), but I think either the posts were either ignored, closed or deleted, couldn't remember which is which.

    However, some of us did manage to Google Kabam's office in Vancouver BC, and can even see their company Logo on the building from the Google street view. In case if you are nearby, you should consider walking straight up to them and have a direct face to face conversation with their support and dev, if you deem that will at least get them to listen to us. Remember to shake their hands and give them a candy or two before starting a healthy conversation. :D Don't
    buy them coffee or beers yet, they haven't earn it. :D Good luck and cheers!
