4100 normal chaos shards taken from 15,000 after rift

in Bugs and Known Issues
I entered the normal rift for 10,000 while I had 15,000 and I didn’t finish because of work and I assumed I would still have 5000 left and I only had 900... please help kabam :Sephirothian is my in game name
