Arena Rewards Not Awarded and Kabam brushing off the MCOC community questions as per usual.

It's this simple, and it's becoming a baseline for Kabams neglect to the players, but I cannot recall a SINGLE time that a bug/glitch/system error that actually BENEFITED the players was not rectified within a maximum of 1hr. Yet here we are again the victims of a glitch or error that is NEGATIVELY affecting us and as usual Kabam are pretending it isn't important and will fix it whenever they get time......

When a bug affects Kabam they pounce on it because every second we are gaining an advantage for, their mistakes, is costing the thousands and thousands of dollars. However when a bug does not have any negative or financial effects on Kabam nor disadvantage them in any way they just don't take it seriously.

I mean there's countless posts about arena rewards on here yet I can find only 1 response from Kabam and as usual it says absolutely nothing nor provide any form of justification or solutions. Their key word of "soon" emphasises how little they care about making things right again. All that means is it will eventually be either fixed or forgotten about and we need to just deal with it.

but hey, I don't expect any different from them anymore. It's who they are....

    Man they are trying there best. You can't expect them to be active 24/7. I'm sure they are trying there hardest to fix the issue. Hopefully it is resolved

    Come on people it was Sunday...working people have lives as well they are not slaves 24/7 for us people....i did not got my reward even though im 100% sure i will get mordo,as it is technical issue cut them some slack, they will probably even give some extra compansation as well. Wait 24 hours from arena result and if notthing happens then shout ur concerns

    Still not got my arena rewards, as not few from my alliance, kabam happy to make you pay for revives, potions from stopping map 1:2 and to use glory which is a farce, now the messing up the arena, aswell as the gameplay, , they don't offer any kind of good will gestures anymore, like they used to when they mess up, , just like saying get on with it, to us players, ,

    Most (if not all) bugs that favors the players is fixed almost instantly. eg) Labyrinth of Legends PI glitch (a small PI increase), Venom Event Quest 5* shard glitch etc. However, bugs and glitches that don't benefit the players like evade (and now the arena rewards not being rewarded) take, from observation, far longer to fix than the bugs that favor the player. This is just my view on the matter.

    While I personally did not participate in any of the Mordo + Gamora arenas, I know that a friend of mine invested his whole weekend to obtain Mordo for his roster and I can sympathize with those who should have received their rewards but didn't, regardless of their rankings.

    No one brushed anyone off. They're looking into it. It was a Sunday night, and someone came by to let people know they're on it. People will have them today, no doubt.

    Me neither. I scored 800k, and didn't receive anything. My in-game name is the same, and people with lower score than mine did receive their rewards.

    This is my point exactly. I'm not only referring to this arena rewards incident, but simply using this as an example of the simple fact that regardless of what day it is or what time it happens, if the incident has a negative impact on Kabam then it is rectified immediately however when it does not affect them, there is a severe lack of effort from Kabam to not only give answers to people's questions, but actually fix it and make things right.

    They don't choose what to fix because it benefits them. It's their product. They want it to work.
    On a side note, it's 3:35 in the morning where they are. People will get their Rewards. I'm sorry hey had to wait, but there's no need to stress.

    The dramatics are not necessary. People will get their Rewards. We can't assume the entire game team is Grinding and working right now. They are humans. What should we do? Arena ends the same time every Sunday, they should have 24/7 operations at this point. They are the largest mobile app game company in the world. I bet if the potion store couldn't take payments this would have been resolved nearly instantaneously.

    I'm not Moderating anything. Tried to let people know that it's been acknowledged. When I click on a Thread and see it's used as a platform to compound issues, then it's useful to clarify. For example, they don't pick and choose what issues to fix. If you have an issue with my comments, you're free to walk away from them.

    I'm sure customer service cannot correct the issue of missing rewards. And if you think a mobile game studio is working their engineers on Sundays, pretty sure you're wrong there. Why would a programmer take a job to work weekends? Lol, just bad timing I say. I don't disagree there are many problems that take too long, but I also don't think the necessary people were in office on Sunday afternoon/evening to fix it. 8am out there now. If there's no fix soon, then it becomes an issue to me.
