Potential Delay to v44.1 Launch

We are currently working through some issues that may affect the release window of v44.1. This means that the update may not release on Monday as it usually does. I didn't get any compensation ultimate crystal for the game issues? why? Why it is random? Is it Random like crystal rewards?

    Same here. I am uncollected, playing since week one. Playing on ios. And i got nothing. I see people getting t4 class catalysts. How is this any fair? Giving random gifts to random players? Why do you make some of your player base happy while making others upset?Please Kabam we need an answer for this.

    It wasn’t compensation it was a random gift. No one knows why
