Stark Spidey Should Have Been Tagged as an Avenger

As it has been nearly a month since the release of IW, I feel it is an appropriate time to ask this question: Why isn't Stark Enhanced Spidey tagged as an Avenger? Sure, Tony promoted him in the movie, but lets not kid ourselves, Spidey has been an Avenger the whole time (in out hearts 
).
He helped me clear Uncollected this month but would have helped me that much more if Spidey was tagged as an Avenger. With content being related to character tags through character missions and nodes, I think Spidey should be updated (for the culture).

So as much as we all know certain things have changed in certain canons, don't forget that The Contest is separate from all that. So although we base our characters in The Contest off of the mainstream Marvel Universe, our game exists outside of it!
In The Contest, the Avengers tag is being used to identify the "core" main Avengers team, which is why Spider-Man (Stark Enhanced) isn't tagged as an Avenger.

even right at the end of spiderman homecoming when there is the opportunity for him to become an avenger he did not.
spiderman in infinity war who is an avenger is Iron Spider. different suit to the stark enhanced spider man that we have.
there is a spider man who is an avengewr but the one wearing the stark enhanced suit is not.
