    Imo any 4* from a Premium is good

    I just pulled another 4* this time duped my Wolverine.

    This helps as I'm working on Chapter 3 of Act 4. Right now just slowly working my way to uncollected status.

    Last month I got Luke cage, wolverine, and yondu from phc all 4 stars I pop never spin

    I got a 4* Hela and two 3* from opening 27 PHCs

    With a 2% chance; Any 4* pull from a PHC is a good pull. Don’t let anyone else tell you otherwise.

    If they buff groot, then that'll be a good pull, but bieng from a phc, that's not bad
