How is that different from hulk + BW synergy?
The BW synergy reads "All champions gain a 25% chance to stun with each special attack"
Whereas shehulk reads "all champions gain +15% stun chance".
If that is the case then when do they gain this stun chance? With each hit? Or during specials?
Yes, from what I read it was: You have X% to stun from the character's own abilities, and then you have Y% chance to stun from synergies.
That is specifically the BW synergy which adds its own stun chance to all specials separate from existing stun chance. The She Hulk synergy increases existing stun chance. So if you have a team of Hulk, She Hulk, Black Widow, and Daredevil, then all specials have their existing stun chance increased by 15 percent and have a separate stun chance of 25% which also gets increased by 15%.
So for example Hulk Specials would have base 85%*1.15 plus a separate 25%*1.15. The effective combined stun chance would then be about 98.4%, so pretty darn reliable..
Legal Defense is kinda pointless when there is the Quake/Hawkeye synergy out there which increases stun chance by 15% while also increasing any and all ability chances by 15%
Yes. It increases the existing chance a hero has to stun by 15%. Essentially multiplies it by 1.15.
Does the same for anything that is chance based (perk a regen, fury, bleed, poison, veil of fortune, nullify, evade, etc). Probably the best synergy in the game imo
And no, by multiplier effect it doesn't mean 85% chance to stun x 1.15 or 1.25 or whatever the multiplier is.
It works on the remaining stun chance. Is, if you have 85% chance to stun initially, the remaining 15% is considered into the equation of an addition 25% chance to stun.
So what you get is 15% x 25% + 85% = 88.75% chance to stun.
This is because the 25% chance to stun from synergy is a separate multiplier, which explains why you can get 2 stuns on the same opponent at one time.

It's not a separate chance but you do have to multiply like this 0.85 × 1.15 so it becomes 97.75% chance to stun
That's only the bw and hulk synergy dude

Legal Defense is an increase to stun chance (+15% stun chance) unlike Avengers (gives a 25% chance to stun on specials). If you have 85% * 1.27 chance then it could be a bug if ability accuracy was not diminished by other means.

Stun chance +% is a multiplier effect.

Is it (30% * 15%) + 70% = 74.5%?
Yup that is right.
