When will we get our compensation from last week?!

Kabam told us to wait a week, it’s been a week. Still no compensation. Where is it? Not in our inbox that’s for sure. Only thing we did get to claim was a 2* ant man. So if anyone from Kabam is reading this, can u please explain what is going on with the compensation??
