@Ad0ra_ Quick question, if my device gets permanently damaged after signing up for this beta test are you except from all responsibility or will i get reimbursement for my device? Asking this because my iphone 8 plus hit 41 C after just 5 minutes of play but i really want to participate and help solve this for everyone in the community but not at the expense of damaging my phone.
That's why I said to send over an iPhone if you want us to test it. But that's not constructive and I get warned for it.
I'm not easily angered, but that my friend does make me enraged. It's hard not to rage quit this game all together if that's how customers are being treated.
I'll probably get another warning for this post, but so be it.

Hey I’m ready to help out as much as I can I have an iPad mini 2 that has been getting pretty hot lately and I have also experienced crashing issues I am willing to help and have already put out a volunteer application
there was a beta test one month ago or even more, and all of that was to edit one mastery. I wounder how much time we have to wait for the "WHOLE GAME" to be fixed.

I went to the Apple store to figure out the crashing and freezing problem. The meeting cost A Lot of money and I expect MAJOR compensation for all of the problems created thanks to this game.

Since this is specifically beta related, a few questions:
(1) Is there any progress? If so, how?
(2) Are phones still overheating in the the beta? What happens if phones are damaged in the beta?
(3) What appears to be the core issue(s) causing the overheating problem? How is the beta addressing them?
(4) When do you expect a broader rollout of the “fix” to a larger subset of affected players, assuming there is one? What’s the plan for players for whom a “fix” still doesn’t work?
Signed up, looking to help. I'm an iPhone/iPad user with both devices affected, and a software developer by trade. I'm also a paying customer that's greatly displeased but can be assuaged with a quick resolution to this issue.
The best part of this is when player base needs something from Kabam they turn a deaf ear. Kabam desperately needs help and people offer it up for free.
I’m going to put it out there that I don’t care if the players who volunteered for this beta get a full 6* crystal. They deserve it for bailing the game team out and for being dedicated to the game.

Don't want to push a fix for some that messes up others.
Not even sure thats possible, but just a suggesrion.
