My account Lord Buns level 41 on marvel contest of champions was hacked yesterday. The person deleated 9 4* on 5* and many others. Is there some way I can get my account back or restored.

You had 5*s in a Lv 41 account? Man when @CrusherOfDreams hears this he will blow a fuse.

Sorry about your misfortune. Try sending a ticket to Kabam. Give them as much info as possible, like which champs were deleted, screenshots of the champs in your account, approximate time when you were hacked etc. Don't keep your hopes up that Kabam will reverse the changes as they don't do that very often, but at least you can still try. Good luck.

Lol, I've seen lvl 20-something accounts with 5*s. Somehow people get into alliances they don't deserve to be in. Anyway, yeah, just send in a ticket and hope for the best.

Try to send in a ticket. While it's unfortunate that whoever got into your account deleted your high level champs, ultimately, your accounts security is your responsibility. It's clearly stated in the game's ToS, and 99% of the time they go off of that and do not reverse what happened. Did you tell anyone your password? Let a friend or alliance member play for you?

Well, if the user didn't give his login info to anyone, there's not really anything else he could've done. There aren't really any alternate security measures he could've taken outside of just a password. If that password is somehow found out, then Kabam really should try to help this guy out.

The account owner could have logged out of the game rather just close the app. That way if anyone tries to use his phone or tablet, the person would be subjected to the login screen.

In any event, the vital details are missing. People are assuming that he didn't give out his account information which violates the rules.

People are assuming that he didn't share devices, which is perfectly legit, but they are open to being victimized by losers (aka friend). It is often easier to go to Kabam then to confront this "friend".

Then there are other scenarios which should go to the authorities instead of Kabam. For example, he left his phone at his desk. A colleague walks in, notices the phone, and decides to wreck havoc. Of course, the "smart" ass would say that it was his fault for not requiring a passcode to get into the phone. This is like saying it is your fault for having your car stolen because you left the door unlocked. It might sound smart but only the dimwit would think that. The action is still illegal and the authorities should be involved, not the car manufacturer or developer.

But since no details were actually provided, I leave it to people's imagination to figure out what actually happened.

We had one guy have that happen twice. Send a ticket and hope for the best, but don't expect anything back, based on previous history.
