Medusa via Armor Shatter
Ghost Rider via Judgments
Blade via Danger Sense (w/Ghost Rider Synergy)
Nebula via Shocks
Also Great
Angela via Pure Damage
Iceman via Cold Snap & Frostbite
Hela via Pure Damage
Red Hulk via Heat Charges & Resistances
L. Cage via Pure Damage, Stun & Industructable
There are other good options certainly, but these came to my mind
You didn't even mention, IMO the best option, Quake. You finish fights with zero analysis.
Actually, if you do it right with Nebula, you also finish the fight with zero analysis.
Hmm. Didn't know that. Got her as a 4* when I really didn't have much use for her at that point. Don't have her as a 5*
Nebula shock charges (on her, not on the enemy) reduce the ability accuracy of robots. At five stacks, robots don't trigger abilities any more, and that includes analysis charges. Build up five charges, and you can swing away: no analysis charges build up (fewer than five does reduce the probability of stacking an analysis charge below 100%). If you transfer those charges to the Sentineloid, you lose this effect so you either try to not parry Sentineloids, or if you do then you just try to build them back up again.
Towards the end of the fight, you can transfer the charges and then land SP2 which doubles them up. That often finishes off the fight fairly quickly, when analysis charges and other triggered debuffs no longer matter.
OP just said they're annoying. I agree. I find their defensiveness annoying, baiting their specials is an exercise in patience. Otherwise, they're fine

Not hard just very boring fights because you fight so many in AQ and they are so passive want to hammer through and they sit there blocking away doing nothing

Then I got Hyperion.
The rest is just "heavy-heavy-SP2-RIP"
Love using this tactic with her.
Quake, kills them easy too, very easy
I use X-23 for most Sentinel-fights (except tech). Her cruelty buffs against bleed immune champions come in handy.
Og Thor works pretty good for them too
