A bug in crystal display

Like as u all know the new spidey event has started but there is one problem, I cant buy the crystals! It turns out I earned the shards but there is no window through which they could be accessed?

Any of u gettin the same problem.

    same problem i have the shards but not see the crystal where i can exchange for shards
