“Compensation”. What an absolute joke. It’s not like people were asking for the Act 5 exploration rewards (well not all of us anyway...) Why did they think this was appropriate?
They reduce SA by 3 weeks.
They refuse to compensate in any real way.
They refuse to show any actual appreciation.
They refuse to acknowledge our continued posts.
Then there's a bug in the "choose your gift"/ "compensation"/ "depends on who you talk to" mail and it doesn't even work.
Kabam please reconsider this. It isn’t too late. There are currently about 3 times as many people on the forum as there usually are. The majority are here to express their dissatisfaction with the compensation. It is not enough. Take one look at reddit, the forums, Line chats, anywhere and you will see that people are not happy.
You are being stingey where there is no use being that way. It would not upset the game balance to give people what they lost. It would not ruin the game. It would not ruin your profits. Happy people spend more. Make us happy, reconsider.

It’s not free stuff. It’s an apology for kabam messing the game up from 19.0 and making it so that many players could not log on during the month of August. It is not free stuff. It’s a poor excuse for an apology. I will complain if I see fit.

So i got stuck on the screen choose your poor excuse of appreciation/compensation lub package, so i gotta choose to play and all the options are horrible for a month+ of issues, which leads me to my question which one is the less horrible one?
Compensation is definitely insulting. Some constructive criticism, you were better off not offering anything than doing this. I would highly suggest looking into a marketing consultant as the current rewards aren't even in the realm of what was lost due to game performance. Very sad to see this is the compensation. You would've been better off to show us the packages early and let us discuss it. This compensation is for your CUSTOMERS who support your company. Please reconsider the compensation.
Game was unplayable for 2+ weeks. That’s A LOT of arena and questing I missed out on. In 2 weeks it’s extremely easy to get 300+ units and 200k+ of gold. I understand Kabam “tried” to make things right, but they didn’t come close to compensating us for the 18 days where the game caused my phone to freeze after 5 minutes.

I don't know if I would say messed up... I mean it would be kind of a blessing in disguise to not have to deal with this garbage comppreciation.
