Trash War is coming...

Just to entertain ourselves, our alliance is going to do a Trash War between Season 4 and Season 5. Basically we are only going to use all those trash champs we've pulled who are terrible in AW Attack and Defense for amusement. If (and when) we lose, who cares...not in the season. It should be interesting to say the least. Karnak, Antman, Groot for the attack baby!

    Ok, one more time... we are still playing to win (using boosts and potions). We continue to get trash champs who sit on the sidelines and never get used. I thought, let's see how good we are and try to use those champs. Tanking IMO is when you see your opponent and decide that you are going to lose to let them win. But if you think it's tanking, that's fine.

    @jtnave23 - we run full diversity and it's actually kinda funny how often an offbeat champ gets a kill. I say power to yah for taking it one step further. Use all the ****. Then you can REALLY laugh that much harder when you win!

    I wasn’t saying you were doing anything wrong haha just that a lot of alliances did this last offseason and it’s considered tanking, which is not giving your fullest effort to win. Ya you’re gonna try to win but not with your best team possible. Perfect example of how it works out, the Philadelphia 76ers. Please don’t bundle me with the wisdom even if he agreed with me 😂

    A simple solution that I suggested to curve the issues with Matches is having a separate Rating for Seasons. That would alleviate any side-effects.

    You’ll need a Medusa killer: Loki
    An autoblock/evade counter: Karnak
    And an unavoidable energy damage counter with the bonus of special attack damage build up and blade-like controlled regen: Bishop

    That’s my trash war team.

    Extras:

    IMIW counter: dd Netflix
    Mordo counter: ant man

    Poor mans massacre: Phoenix
    Poor mans gwenpool: classic black panther
    Poor mans starky: rocket raccoon (big special damage and glass cannon)
    Poor mans blade: (as mentioned above) bishop (repeatedly parry and unload a big special two; bishop also works on non-villains and bleed immune!)

    I realize that these aren’t all trash but it’s a start lol. Good luck op!

    Nice! I was going to allow champs that are meh when not awakened like Star Lord and DV but not sure about that yet.

    Yeah, right now we are 4.5mil alliance Silver1 taking on a Gold 3 6.5mil alliance... If we lose, may drop to Silver 2. smh...

    We lost to a Russian team, but only by 5k points. It was funny how many kills we had, but some highlights include 6 kills by our 5*/r2 Antman boss, 2 kills by SpiderGwen on the unblockable SP1 node, Trash Panda had a kill on the Armor node. I used 5/2 KKhan, rCyke, and Karnak but no Modocks to take out. It was a fun deal though!
