Kabam wont help when you get hacked!

Hello everyone. Today my account got hacked, they sold all my 5* and 4* and wasted all 5* shards. I've been in contact with kabam and they refuse to restore my account. Two years of playing and cash gone. And kabam doesn't help at all.
And even when I ask to speak with someone higher up, they keep sending me support answers.
Is this how we loyal player should be treated?
I would be really grateful if this thread gets some help.

I feel your pain Fabbelichus and hope it works out for you real quick!
I had the honor of playing in the same alliance as Fabbelichous earlier, and i have nothing but good stuff to say about him, im sorry that some people can`t handle that people moves up in this game and goes to better allys and takes actions to ruin Fabbelichous 2+ years of hard work and investment into this game. SHAME ON YOU!!!
I hope Apple gets involve since its a breach into their security aswell but i have little hope, that big companys as Apple and kabam will do much unless alot of people get behind this. Today Fabbelichous got hacked, tomorow might be you!
As the Moderation Team does not have access to in game accounts, we really cannot assist with issues like this in the forums. We don't have the details that the Support Team does, and are not able to discuss account specific issues publicly.
This does need to be handled with our Support Team. They have the ability to review all the information that you are able to provide, and will make determinations based upon that information along with information in the account.
Per our Terms of Service, account security begins with the player. Please remember to never share log in information with others and to always log OUT of your account if you are allowing someone else to use the device your game is associated with. Situations like this are certainly concerning, and part of the reason that account sharing and trading are against our Terms of Service.
