I just got a notification saying claim your 275 units and cinamatic crystal for free and when I clicked on it and loaded game I didn’t get anything @Kabam Miike

    I got a similar message. I said 3700 free units and a 5* cinematic crystal. Figured it was a typo and that it was a bundle but nothing was there when I got in.

    Hey there, this could be happening if you've made more than one account on that device before. If so, you may want to check the other account.
