Kabam logic...Ghost Rider CAN NOT be on fire or shoot hell flames or anything like that. If he was, he would be constantly suffering from incinerate. So, that "fire" you see isn't fire. Get it? It is something that looks like fire, burns like fire, smells like burning and smoke, is super hot, catches other things on fire....but isn't fire. See? Kabam Logic. They can do whatever they want against whatever character they want at any time they want because they run the game.

It doesnt catch other things on fire. He doesnt cause incinerate
He isn't a fire champion. He just doesn't take damage from his own "fire".
Since it's a fictional universe and since it's not Marvel universe, he can be hurt by other fire. It makes sense in its own way, since you know ... fiction
Having to learn all of the details about character abilities and interactions is part of what makes MCOC fun, especially because not all of it is intuitive (such as your Ghost Rider incineration example). Adds strategy to a high level.
Same reason electro and thor aren't shock immune and iceman isn't coldsnap immune, because Kabam says so. Just accept it an move on, don't need another post on this
Think about it though.. In Kabam Land, Ghost Rider isn’t really a Ghost right? He should be called Kabam Rider or something and drive a car that speaks to him called Kit. Then he would be super fast and super cool. Plus his wheels would melt if he was always burning. If he was super hot and incenerating himself all the time his bones would turn to ash and there’re be No Rider. His soul would burn through the earth until he reached the people that live 1,000 leagues below the sea. They would all be burned too, everybody dies, oxygen ignites, game over.

In the comic books, Ghost Rider isn't on fire. His flames don't burn like fire, smell like smoke, or are super hot, unless he wills them to be. They are canonically hellfire, which visually looks like fire but is actually a magical aura that Ghost Rider controls. There are uncountable numbers of times Ghost Rider interacts with normal humans while surrounded by his hellfire and those people do not suddenly burst into flames.
The people who think the game is wrong, actually have the comic book source material wrong. Also, Kabam cannot do whatever they want in the game: everything they do almost certainly has to be approved by Marvel itself.

Yeah, I meant in comic. Sorry, should have said that first.

And 1.
For the same reason you are able to defeat Hulk using Rocket Raccoon: Game balance.
Hhh Agreed
On your left is reality and on the right is the dimension of Glitches and Known Bugs.
