So if you’ve cleared all story 100% you get a couple titles and crystals to open? Or did I miss something else that would come my way?

If you've already cleared all of the Story Acts (or even just up to 5.2), you'll get the titles, but this won't have any effect on you. This is to help players that are not quite at Uncollected level manage to get up there a little bit quicker!

Will you also improve the rewards for act 1, 2, and 3 by adding catalysts, shards, iso, and more crystals? The rewards for everything except for act 4 and 5 are from years ago when everything was new so it’s not fair to new players.

How come the new crystals don't have exclusive 2*s? I know they're useless for progression, but it would satisfy our inner collectors. Also, what will rarity of the new titles be? (common uncommon etc.)

I started this game 2 months ago so this is a welcome change and will help my progression. However, I am a little disappointed to see 1* heros in the proven crystals. 1* heros were not even relevant for me when I started 2 months ago.

This ^, how hard is it to make one for elder's bane too? A title is already in place, all that is required is updated rewards.

PHC cost is doing down, that’s great!
What about 3* crystals? It doesn’t make any sense for it to cost 400u when uncollected players can get a grandmaster crystal for 200u and have a “chance” at a 4 or 5* champ.

Nice changes for new players but even at 60 units PHC's are 55 units too expensive.

This is just like cable companies giving offers to new subscribers but not loyal customers. It’s sucks for us, but it’s good business. We are already invested... no threat of anyone leaving over a few perks that can no longer help us anyways.

Even if advanced players do leave, Kabam has milked us so it’s not and skin off their back. Kabam made a good business decision, that’s all.

These titles are great and all, but there should be a title for Labyrinth of Legends. That was harder than Act 5 and should be recognized for completing it. Could Kabam look into creating a title for Labyrinth of Legends?
