Should Kabam Display Amount of XP required to Level Up?

    @Brew_Swayne don’t you think the XP meter would provide a little more encouragement for lower level players, because when they see just how close they are to the next level up, they’ll play just a little while longer in an effort to reach the mark.

    So needs to happen. I hated before I was lvl 60. Can't see the blank anymore. If you wait for energy you seem to never lvl up. Use a refill and 1 move you lvl up. It was something we all asked for since beta. If they don't wanna add that instead of just filling the quest energy bar give out a refill instead.

    Wow, so this is an issue that Kabam has heard before, but they’re ignoring it and not even responding. Smh.

    I think I need to stop wasting money buying their crystals and units. Just keep playing for free and whatever I get, I get I guess. It’s not cool seeing how the game admins don’t seem to really care.

    I've been at level 60 now for quite some time, so this doesn't really impact me, but holy **** this was annoying when I was still adding player levels.

    It never, ever failed that I'd be getting close to the next level but I don't know if I just need a couple hundred XP or a couple thousand. I'd literally be waiting for the timer to give me energy so I could move 1 more tile in my quest and hopefully level up and get full energy. And after an hour or so I still haven't leveled up. So I go to bed, get up in the morning and on my first or second move...BAM! Level up. So I just used like maybe 6 energy and now I get a refill. But not a real refill that I can use when I want.

    That's really one of the shadier things kabam does. Either give players a readable meter or just give them an energy refill item that they can use when they're ready.

    Glad to see it’s not only me, but the entire aspect of this is VERY shady as it’s a typical money grab attempt to get players to spend. I for one will never give them a dime and encourage all others to do the same. It’s just not worth it at all. Spending money on the game does nothing for you and the company is purely out to make money. I’ve had to learn this the hard way. I can only hope to pass on the knowledge I’ve learned from getting screwed multiple times.

    They won’t do this for the same reason they don’t produce “live” arena results. The idea is to get people to keep playing. If someone could see that they were only 10xp away from a level up or they were already in a certain percentile in arena, then people wouldn’t spend as many resources to achieve the things they want.

    It's useless once you reach it yes,But wait,They can raise the level cap when they do this too!How's that?

    It's useless once you reach it yes,But wait,They can raise the level cap when they do this too!How's that?

    I like coming back to this thread to see the No responses. We’re up to 13 people thinking it’s a bad idea. Lol. Well, 4 months ago when I started this thread, I was level 50. Now I’m at 58 and almost at 59. I’m sure I’ll be at 60 before September 1st I guess. 🤷🏾‍♂️

    Eventhough you’re right about after level 60 it’s no big deal anymore, but everyone isn’t level 60. So it should still be considered.

    I heard the AW defense synergies are working normal now.

    No. Most people hate numbers and will not bother to count those XP. Adding the actual XP amount would just be a nice to have that will cater to a few people, and not all the time (once you've reached level 60, that means nothing to you). However, just like anything else, the more you add to the game, the more avenue you introduce for potential bugs or support issues.

    Why is that an either or? we can and should be given both.

    The best solution to this issue, when you level up, rather than automatically refill the energy bar, gift us a energy refill that we can use whenever we want to maximize the energy used.

    I’m level 60 and still think this should be done. It could simply be a % number in the bar much like they did with the health bar change a few months back

    Yes they should. But they wont. Simply because of the fact that without the knowledge of actually how much more experience you need to level increases the chance of you buying an energy refill to try and get that last bit experience.

    Several times ive used an energy refill to move tiles just so i can fight and get the experience. Only to level up after 1 or 2 fights.

    YES PLEASE!!! I think there should be an XP counter, at least maybe place it in the summoner profile on the active boosts section. It wouldn't be much of an inconvenience to many since it wouldn't be added in the default screen.

    Another possible feature that would work if this isn't implemented is allowing energy to go over the limit, but only when unavoidable refills happen, so basically when you level up with some energy left over.
