    This reduces their cooldown each time an Alliance member sends you help so that you can use that Champion again in Arenas sooner.

    I think it should be taken away completly. Just give 1000 loyalty by logging in. Waste of time to send help. Lags the game. Nobody in our alliance use this.

    Yeah, Arena help request reduce your cool down time by 2 minutes per help request. So you can cut your cool down time by 10 whole minutes out of 2hrs for a 4* and 20 important minutes on a 6hr cool down for 5* if you get a second round of help.

    With an active and helpful alliance you too can make the top of the leader board in arena.
