U think x23 is total trash? Yeah 2.8k bleeds on 80% of crits and solid regen is terrible.....
There's no such thing. Which one is stronger: rock, paper, or scissors? I mean, all around? There isn't one. There are champs better than other champs at certain things. No champ is best at everything. No champ is good enough at everything to be undisputedly the best in general.
