Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.
The new end date will be May 1st.

What kabam is going to do with the issue that some people receive 2 5* wakening gems

Thanks for the christmas gift but as have a problem some people receive 2 5* wakening gema. And that gives them a unfair advantge on the people that receive One.

    Most likely nothing. Very low probability they give everyone who didn’t get 2 another one.

    I’m just happy with the one I received honestly.

    I've seen absolutely nothing about people receiving Two AG crystals.

    I know of people in my alliance that got 2 and no, they didn't already have one.
    They got one from the in game message and 1 in the stash

    It's a bug that allows you to duplicate itemd received in a message (somehow doesn't work with gifts sent by other players).

    People got the chance to duplicate the awakening gem crystal, that really happened

    think everyone got 1 for free from kabam through the in game mail. I pulled two more 5* AG's from the GG crystals.
    did your friend get 2 for free or maybe he pulled 1 from GG crystals and 1 for free.
