New 6☆ Feature Crystal but no new basic crystal?

Today the new 6☆ feature crystal was released.
In the past, it also updated the pool for the 6☆ basic crystal.
What happened?

    Yes, it's the 5* Feature crystal that was updated (although incorrectly says only 34 days remain, not 3 months, but probably another thread about that already).

    But NO (at least for the 5*) the Basic 10000 shard crystal gets updated every 2 week with a single recent hero added each time (5* basic crystal follows that hero's scheduled addition to 4* and PC crystals also)

    Sorry, if OP was specifically referring to 6*, then yes, the Basic does get updated the same day as the Feature. It's just not the "star" version that was updated today, as referenced above.
