  You haven't found one because they keep removing them. Don't think it's something they allow.

  They keep deleting them for some reason; I've seen 3 or 4 of them started and they are all gone now.

  Right. You can search and still find ones from as recent as December. Wonder if they don't want them up while the event is running.
