Is there a way to contact the Head Honcho?

So I was just alerted about "Account Sharing", well I've logged into my app with 3 different devices, because 2 in which are apparently slow as slow gets... I need to know who I can email to let them know I'm not giving my login info to higher-end players, that it's really just me and my slow devices. Lol

Also you can send in game through the app, but obv sounds like your banned so would go with top right of screen.
My iPhone is completely useless since overheating issues, if one of your devices is experiencing very slow or horrible play, I would advise to post in the IOS trouble thread so they can find the issue.
I play on an iPad I had to buy, and using two devices for me has never been a problem yet.
If one of your devices is logging on from an IP Blocker or on an IP in a different area than your others, then you will prob be flagged for sharing.
Submit a ticket with proof to get the best results
You can try to contact support, but I can tell you now that support will tell you that playing on different devices is allowed, and they do not ban for account sharing when players use multiple devices. Lots of people use multiple devices, including me, and including some of the Kabam moderators. In and of itself this is not a problem.
