AQ Focused Alliance, looking for a few to help us get to 5x5 in all BGs

We're a 12m alliance currently running 5x5 in BG1, and 4x5 in BGs 2 & 3. Our goal is to get to where we can comfortably run 5x5 in all three battle groups but we need to trim a little fat in order to get to that point.
We run 2 battlegroups in war and have been consistently in Gold 3. War is totally optional, we run 12 wars a season and members volunteer for war only if they want to.
