    Higher rating players have better chances to have best def/att champs.

    It doesn't mean nothing. If it meant nothing, then 18 million alliances would regularly beat 25 million alliances with similar war ratings, and they usually don't. While it is true that a 25 million alliance could sell a lot of champs and become an 18 million alliance, the vast majority don't. I agree that alliance rating doesn't mean everything, but it does mean something, not nothing.
