The new TV series about Spider-man is not at all reflective of the original comics, it has a separate story.
As for tech Spidey that is because in the movies Stark enhanced his suit with a bunch of Iron Man tech that had an artificial intelligence and electrical web shooters among other things. His original powers are still science based.
