Goodday all of y'all,

As of today ive got the materials to awaken and rank up 1 cosmic 5* to r5:

Medusa who is currently r3
Corvus who is currently r4

I am going to use my r3=r4 cosmic gem to rank medusa.

Wich of these champions would serve me the most? Other r5 champs at the moment are Blade and Stark Enhanched Spiderman..

    Forgot to mention, the other option would be to r4 and awaken medusa and rank up Captain Beardo unawakened to r4....

    The content i still need to do are:
    Variant, LOL, act6

    Corvus. He kills act 6 and variant. Your blade and spark can help you with LoL. Corvus also trumps in war AQ. Good luck

    Well corvus certainty doesn't need awakening as he doesn't give additional attack bonus. But it's a nice utility to have. You can survive few basic hits until you run out of glaive charges. Certain paths like invade, it's very valuable. You can keep him at health 1 and keep on finishing fights as long as you don't get hit a lot. So it's good but not essential. I would argue for class Gem if other worthy guys are covered. But generic no way.

    Possibly something to think about... r5 Corvus + awakening.
    Just pulled a Venom the Duck, perhaps r4 him with the rank up gem? He doesnt need his sig where medusa isnt a r4 option unduped! Or just keep the rank up gem for future use?

    P.s. the awakening gem is cosmic class

    I guess save the gem if you don't want to rank up Medusa.
    Corvus awakening definitely helps him a lot but it isn't absolutely necessary..
    Also, VTD is more of a questing champ and so is Corvus a bit (needs fights to reach his full potential)
    So, I'd prefer Medusa over VTD in the current scenario.

    The way I now see it, the most sensible thing to do would be:

    R5 Corvus Glaive
    R4 Medusa + awakening gem

    Well. I would take corvus r5 unduped and use gem on Medusa. And let her be at r3 for time being. Take vtd to r3. See whom you like more vtd vs Medusa for R4. Vtd doesn't need gem and he's fun champ. But as your corvus needs ramp up vtd does too but then corvus needs maybe 2 fights mutant tech and let rest of fights handled by vtd. Vtd needs 3 fights to get 9 in the bank. Medusa needs gem the most, it's not only for defence but for attack as well. Sometimes you get saved when you are eating the combo and when you are attacking the damage boost with that fury is great. Plus shut down robots. A lot many robots even as bosses. So she's definitely useful a lot.

    By the way I pulled vtd as well. Took him to r3 straight. Evaluating whether to R4 him. Cosmic is the weakest class in my roster. No corvus, hype, Medusa. Strongest was Angela r3. I also have cosmic Gem but I'll save it. Let's hope for the best.
