**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.

There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

But if you have, say, six T5B, you're in this position where you can choose to sit on those indefinitely because they aren't going anywhere, but you could also spend some on a rank 5 (or rank 2) rank up, knowing that even if you pull a fantastic champion tomorrow you still have enough to do another rank up: you haven't completely lost that opportunity. This is where things get interesting, and I think it is when you're in this situation that even if you're someone that plays obsessively efficiently, there's lots of room to do things "just for fun" without any noticeable loss in resource management efficiency.
Spending one awakening gem when you have two might be one of those situations where the awakening gem is more valuable to spend for the fun of spending it than its utility value as something that might sit in the cupboard forever gathering dust.
I must admit that it is when I'm in this no-man's land of resource management that I get the most twitchy about whether to rank something up or not.
Again thanks for all the advice guys.
