Hey there, as we've mentioned multiple times in the past, the chance of getting any particular class of rank up or awakening gem from a crystal is the exact same chance as getting any other, unless the crystal specifies otherwise. Additionally, as we've also mentioned before, we do not employ anyone to pretend to be another player; any employees of Kabam would have to clearly indicate that they were a member of the staff before communicating with any players.
