Okay so I have a rank up gem I have the gold , player max level but I can’t use the rank up gem why ?

    Did you download the 2nd Update that came out this week ?? v23.0.1
    That 2nd one was going to fix the Gem problem.

    Hey there, as some have mentioned, we just recently released a new update (version 23.0.1) that should address this issue. Would you be able to tell check if you've downloaded this new update to your device yet?
