Not sure if it's been brought up. I was about to take my 5* to r5 and noticed this bug. Won't do it unless it gets fixed. That's a big part of his offensive utility

    His healblock only works against those who are actively healing like classic Deadpool or sabertooth

    I do know that he only heal blocks when the defender has an active regen going. He won't heal block Mr Sinister because he isn't healing at the time of his first swing making contact.

    Not sure why he didn't heal block Sabretooth, unless it's an active/passive regen thing.

    For this reason, he doesn't heal block in AW or Arenas against champs with willpower unless they have another active regen.
