Summoners Journey is not crediting people correctly

I ranked my 3* and 4* Ronin for the Level Up event today. I was only credited on the Summoners journey with having completed the level 1 event. Why is the summoners journey not tracking progression like EVERY other game mode. I dont have to go claim levels in any other aspect fo the game to unlock the next level. Also this is literally the ONLY Avenger I didnt have so this was my one and only chance to earn these rewards. This is not clear in the summoners journey description. Please fix this and properly award people the things they have earned

They did specify at the beginning that you would need to Claim each progression before being able to get credit for the next progression.

As for 3* Avenger, just pick out whatever 3* Avenger (among those that are, or will be, Get the Stones quest rewards in upcoming weeks) you never use anymore, or whoever is potentially furthest away from being Max Sig, and just sell him. Then run the Get the Stones quest for that hero and earn him back again, can then progress thru Rankups of him as well.

Make sure to CLAIM each objective after one rankup reward, before continuing to rank him to next level, etc.

What other game mode do you need to go in and manually claim as you progress? That is not how people play the game and not how people rank champions. I think it is super wonky and not in line with the way the game has been for 4+ years. It is super annoying to have to sell as maxed sig 3 or 4 to get rewards that I have already met the requirements for

Lots of games work that way, it sucks, but they also alerted us to it, multiple times.

Lots of OTHER games this game has NEVER done that I have played since the beta and this is the first time they have made us do that to earn progression. You cant have me play one way then change it 4+ years into it.

NO one who has the catalysts rank one level then stop and claim some random BRAND NEW rewards system

This is the first time they have had this type of event, so you really cannot go off the past.

Your making alot of excuses for Kabam there are many people who have played a very long time and invested alot of time and money into this game, for them to make a fairly radical change, this is not the first type of progression event and not a single one requires you to manually unlock the next level

They did not make a radical change, this is a new style quest. You cannot change something that did not exist. Give me some examples of the same type of quests that didnt require going individual. Again, I stated it sucks, but that we were warned.

And I am not trying to have a back and forth but there is a precedent set with them having progression automatically check if you want I can give you several events which come to mind the Halloween 2016 event had a similar progression tree and they didnt require me to manually claim each level to unlock the next. I think the you were warned in one in game message if you are going to change the way rewards are accrued in a game mode there should be a reminder or warning. If you have been here 4+ years you have been conditioned to do things one way and now it changes that is radical. I think Ivan Pavlov discovered that in 1890 or so and Kabam uses that conditioning in their business model. So I reject that one warning one time in an in game mail is sufficient to undo years of conditioning. I see the people that are on the forums constantly White Knighting for Kabam. I am in the game playing not pouring over the forum posts and this is 100% NOT IN LINE WITH THE ESTABLISHED GAME

The event was not established... That is what you cannot seem to understand, something that is new cannot be established. When you see a new event you need to read the rules. You can be upset, but you are being irrationally upset.

IT IS THE SAME PROGRESSION TYPE EVENT IT IS NOT NEW IT IS REDRESSED OLD CONTENT, YOU AREN'T UNDERSTANDING THAT

That this new event is not in line with any other event and the precedent is that the event auto tracks progression. Older and longer players are not used to this event and one in game mail is not sufficient to change what has been for over 4 years

Seriously it's not something completely new, give us one reason why they can't just make all the Levels of Progression Scale without Claiming the Previous Levels like the 8 other types of "Completely Different" Content in the game had always done...

    One Example...
Solo & Alliance Events- Do something listed, get a reward.
Objectives- Do something listed, get a reward.
At base level they are the Exact same...
