**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Last Stand: Why Oppression Degeneration is not disabled with Ghost?

I have a 5 star, rank 4 awakened Ghost who starts phasing from the beginning of the fight. On her abilities, it says "While Phasing, incoming attacks have a 100% chance to Miss and each Damage Over Time Debuff on Ghost converts to a Fury Passive"

The Oppression node debuff says "Attacking champions who are not under the effects of an Infinity Stone have their Attack reduced by 80% and Degenerate 100% of their health over 35 seconds"

Now, since Degeneration is a damage over time debuff, shouldn't it be disabled? That'd leave Ghost with 80% reduced attack but no degen. She can convert other node debuffs such as bleed an poison on AQ to fury. Why this degen is not converted?

Is not a debuff. Is a passive degeneration

By that logic, the bleed/poison on AQ should be passive as well but they're not. She can convert those into furies no problem. And it's the same description.

No ... the bleed and poison from those nodes are debuffs. The only type of passive bleeds you will find in the game are NC bleed's and the goldpool synergy. Passive poisons are yet to exist in the game.
The degenration from that node is not a debuff

It might be passive or not. How do you know it is passive without depending on the fact that Ghost degens? Is it written or stated somewhere?

Not just ghost. Test with any champion that can shrugg off or remove debuffs, and it won't work against that. Simple, is not a debuff, there is no reason to work.
Check the icon. Pause the screen if you want to. It doesnt say it is a debuff.

The last stand degen is immune to the ones who hold the stone. Only the avengers who have an infinity stone can not be effected by the degen. It says in the description
  • Hey there, as some have already mentioned, Ghost can only convert Damage Over Time Debuffs, but not Passive Effects, which Degeneration typically is. Debuffs can be distinguished by the light ring around the border of their icon which Passive Effects don't have. Hope that helps clear things up!
