It's rare, but it can happen. It all depends how much you play, if you're in an Ally, what Rewards they get, etc. It just takes effort and patience. Keep at it. They will come.
Have you heard of Seatin? He routinely does at least heroic with only 3*s
@RichiesDad79 revamp the whole alliance. set some rules. if they can't meet certain requirements, kick them. at some point, you'll have to let go some of the slackers if you want to keep progressing. it's also unfair to the people who DO try.

Seatin has been playing with a 4* and 5* Roster long enough to play around and develop the skills to do so. I never said it wasn't possible. Chances are, if someone is struggling to get their first 4*, a 3* run through of Master is a bit far down the road. It's common sense. Lol
I've barely been playing this game for about a year and a half ( including a couple month break)which is only slightly longer than you.
And I have 46 4* with about half of them duped or awakened, not to mention that i also have another account which has only been active for a few months has 6 4* already and I play everyday with them for varying amounts.
So it's either you don't play that much or your alliance is really low tier, and doesn't complete quests
Even if you can not do masters. By doing heroic ONLY in two months you will have 1 4 stars. This post does not make sense. 4 stars are not given away for free, you need to play the game!

And honestly he should be able to run heroic with 3 stars he should of easily been able to get one in the span of a year
I have been playing for about 14 months, and I have over 40 4* champs, you are either lying or barley playing, you get 4* shards for free from 12.0 and certain monthly calendars

I'm assuming it's the former. Different people dedicate different amounts of time to playing.
Its probably more fun being ingame with your kids than progressing your roster anyway.
Maybe make one of them Leader and let them run the show?
Then you go join another alliance.
Is that an option?
