While it would be interesting since he uses a mix of martial arts and guns which most use in-game (IF, domino ect) it's unlikely. He ain't marvel. Would be neat, but there really no need for Marvel to do it. It would just cost more money than it's worth to get the rights to the character and put time into making the Character fit into the game and to a lesser extent the story... Not to mention, Marvel already has there own John Wick in the form of Punisher.
It's demeaning for John to even be connected to that game
Even if you don't like the game, no one can say it doesn't make an insane Amount of money. Also shows there could be more of a future for Franchise Crossovers, the idea that the first MCU Fortnite Crossover started production because the creators were simply fans of each other's work is a promising concept for other games in the future.
