They'll probably be the same format that ran last time. Gold Realms were lucrative, but a bit too much so. Still people sitting on Millions from them. Lol.
Are you implying that there’s such a thing as too much gold?
Yes there is. You think COW will ever use his 1.2B gold? My main has ~17M and even that’s just sitting.

What kind of logic is that..... if u spent thousands a week in the game you would have tons of gold as well.
Everyone forgets about the hyperinflation that happen in Hungary in 1946.
I wouldn't go that far. However, when we had the Gold bug from Skirmish, it nearly broke the game and the economy. Resources have a limit and a balance to them. It's not just random numbers.
So do you advocate limiting the amount of gold that can be had through cav crystals? Where's the balance when anyone who buys tons of these literally has hundreds of thousands of gold? How exactly does players having lots of gold "break the games economy"? There's no limit at all on the gold you can accumulate by doing nothing more than spending on units for crystals, how is the games economy not broken by that but half a week of gold realms could be too damaging? If the 3-4 days everyone could max out bringing in say, 15 million total would that be too much for the games economy to handle?
Hundreds of thousands compared to Millions per Account? Not the same, really. What I'm saying is it has an effect on a number of different systems, and there are limits to what is released. It's checks and balances. In your example. there is a limit. That limit is the cost. What you're suggesting is releasing Billions of Gold into the system within a week. That has effects on a number of other Resources which must be balanced and in many cases, would be a bigger detriment. So, yes. That would be too much for the economy.
Serious question @Kabam Miike@Kabam Lyra Any chance the rewards are buffed or are the same as they have been since the beginning? Also by limited entry do you mean once per day per difficulty? I seem to remember the original versions ran side by side and reset every 7 or 8 hours instead of alternating days
Could you guys do this more often? Once a month or every other month would be cool. I'm mainly talking about the halls of fortune. The gold is very much needed. All my t4cc are maxed and have a few in stash plus t4cc crystals. Main thing I need is gold. Quite a few of my friends have the same problem.
Community cries, “Gold realms please. We need gold.”
Kabam, “Ok. Let’s run it for a week.”
Community cries, “More often please. Or at least give us more gold there!”
Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, but it would be great if HoH was a 1-2x week occurrence, given all the glitches in game over the last year, many which haven’t been fixed. It would be nice to have to only spend units/glory for items when I screw up, not when the game does which is most of the time nowadays.
Spending vs. Non-Spending is not an issue here and I don't know why people continually advocate that. You're talking about a select few Accounts which might have a surplus because they spend a great deal. Yes, money is a limiting Resource. It limits people by what they have to spend, and it limits the amount of people who have that much. Now you're comparing that to Millions per Account, which not only adds up, but throws off entire balances in some demographics. Honestly. this crusade is misplaced.
Why do people act as if the community is a single entity? A community is made up of many individuals who have different opinions on different topics. Just because some people want more doesnt mean the community wants more and the other way around.

If this isn’t greed, I don’t know what is.
