With a high enough signature level, Cap IW would be the one I would bring onto any team. All by his lonesome he’s definitely not the best, but if you build a team around him, he’s both sturdy and deadly.
depends on what other champions you got e.g lets say you've got a ghost, she would be abso amazing with her quantum synergy but without it, not so much, ( don't get me wrong she is an amazing champion) but it just depends on the champions you've got.
Technically I believe that would be abomination. He is by far NOT the “strongest” if your speaking of “The Strongest” in the other sense of the word. I would have to say it’s a tie between Sparky and Hype. They just own whatever gets in their way. Both stack attack bonuses like they ate baby Superman for breakfast.
